The issue with Cloud Memorystore has been resolved for all affected users as of Friday, 2023-09-22 03:10 US/Pacific. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.

Mitigation is now in place for new TLS-enabled Memorystore Redis Cluster instances created after 2023-09-20 14:40 US/Pacific. Engineers are continuing to work on mitigation for existing impacted instances. The mitigation is expected to complete by Friday, 2023-09-22 09:30 US/Pacific. We will provide an update by Friday, 2023-09-22 09:30 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Customers may be unable to connect to TLS-enabled Memorystore Redis Cluster instances.
