The issue with Storage Transfer Service has been resolved for all affected users as of Tuesday, 2024-06-25 11:34 US/Pacific.
During the issue, transfer receipts for transfer from on-premise to cloud were not generated impacting any customer workflows using transfer receipts. The transfer functionality was not affected by the issue.
