Diagnosis: Builds which use gcr.io/cloud-builders/gsutil or specify artifacts.objects in their cloudbuild.yaml may experience permission denied errors upon uploading to GCS. Build service accounts which previously relied only on the storage.objects.get permission may not be able to upload their artifacts as-is. Workaround: Add the storage.buckets.get permission to the build service account.
