Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. The fix is rolled out to asia-east1, and us-east1 regions and users in these regions should no longer experience the issue. Full mitigation is expected to complete by Wednesday, 2023-12-13 11:15 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Wednesday, 2023-12-13 11:20 US/Pacific. Diagnosis: Some customers can't create workspaces and have release configs which fail to compile in the affected regions. Workflow config schedules continue to run against the latest compiled result from the underlying release config. Workaround: None at this time.
