Summary: Some VPC users experienced multiple issues in northamerica-northeast2-c zone
Description: We are experiencing an issue with Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) beginning on Monday, 2024-09-09 05:49 US/Pacific.
This was the result of a brief power interruption to backbone networking equipment serving the zone.
Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

Diagnosis: The impacted users would have observed:
New VMs failing to reach Google-hosted services
Newly created VMs could not be able to reach VMs in a different region
Workaround: None at this time.
