Summary: GCVE and Hybrid Connectivity experienced intermittent connectivity issues in the us-central1 region. Description: We experienced an intermittent connectivity issue with the VMWare Engine (GCVE), Cloud Interconnect and Cloud VPN in us-central1 between Wednesday, 2024-09-04 11:55 US/Pacific to Wednesday, 2024-09-04 12:20 US/Pacific. The issue is currently mitigated and the Engineering team continues to monitor for next one hour to ensure service recovery for all the impacted customers. We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2024-09-04 15:45 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: Customers impacted by this issue may have experienced up to 25 mins of intermittent connectivity between endpoints that rely on hybrid connectivity, such as Cloud Interconnect, Cloud VPN and between GCVE and Onprem/internet locations. Workaround: None at this time.
