Summary: GCP Support Case Creation failure Description: We experienced an issue with Google Cloud Support beginning on Thursday, 2024-05-23 22:20 US/Pacific. A small set of GCP customers were unable to create support cases between 22:20 and 23:00 US/ Pacific. Our engineering team investigated and mitigated the issue on Thursday, 2024-05-23 23:00 US/Pacific. We will provide an update by Friday, 2024-05-24 00:00 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: Customers impacted by this issue would have observed failures while creating support cases during this period. Affected customers can now retry case creation. Workaround: None at this time.
