(All Times US/Pacific) Incident Start: 17 July 2023 at 9:56 Incident End: 17 July 2023 at 14:28 Duration: 4 hours, 32 minutes Affected Services and Features: Assured Workloads Regions/Zones: Global Description: Assured Workloads Create Workload API experienced intermittent failures globally for a duration of 4 hours, 32 minutes. We initiated a rollback of recent changes and mitigated the issue. The full root cause is still under investigation. Customer Impact: Compliance regimes where Customer Managed Encryption Keys are optional or required were affected by intermittent failures when attempting to create new Assured Workloads.
